How to announce a token

The LRC-20 token protocol requires token's to announce metadata onchain. This makes the token discoverable and unique. Only one token can be created by wallet due to the nature of LRC-20. If you want to create another token, you'll have to create a new wallet. To do this using LrcSwap, users need two things:
An LrcWallet
Around 10k Sats (0.0001 BTC, ~$6.9 USD as of May 26). This may fluctuate with fees.
After acquiring BTC in the LrcWallet, you can then announce your token via lrcswap.xyz/mint.
Connect your wallet.
Fill in all the required information (Name & Ticker).
Decide if you want your token to have an infinite supply (this is set to true by default).
Add extra token metadata (image, description, Twitter, and website).
These are not require but we heavily encourage it. Adding a dedicated twitter will instantly boost your token 10k points.
Click on verify and announce to verify the info.
Sign the TX in the wallet.
Congrats! You've successfully announced your token natively on Bitcoin. You'll be able to start minting once the announcement transaction goes through.
You can check it's status bey checking the latest transaction in your wallet.
Your token becomes instantly visible on the leaderboard once the announcement transaction is rendered in the mempool. Check lrcswap.xyz/dashboard to see your token's position and what you can do.
